The economic development and no sex discrimination, work together in order to give strength to each other and to create a “virtuos circle”.
The economic development is working against sex discrimination; increasing the job opportunities for women and making the forecasted human capital revenue rate grow. This process is pushing families to invest in women health and education. In addition to that, the economic growth is attracting infrastructure investments (drinkable water, new and better streets, energy and so on). Better infrastructures help to reduce for women the time needed to domestic clean up and healthcare activities, making them free to be involved in other, more productive, activities.
The direct effect of emancipation and of the increased women’s participation in working activities is more money for the families and more production for the community; a positive indirect effect can be seen in a better education and childcare.

Studies have shown how women that have an income, give a strong contribution in helping the family to run out of indigence. In fact these women have more control on family’s expenses and in most of the cases they allocate more money in children’s wealth and in buying essentials for the whole family. In comparison to men, women feel more responsible of the children’s instruction and education.

At the same time, against the women’s capability to exercise their rights,  are playing many different factors like a low level of education, a difficulty in getting a fair judgment, a wrong interpretation of texts and the social rules that are still creating a strong differentiation between men and women about the possibility to make decisions.
